SMS Communications Consent
By enrolling in a Contractor Bid Prep (CBP) service plan, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Contractor Bid Prep at the phone number provided during enrollment. Messages will include alerts about government bid opportunities matching your trade and, for full-service clients, requests to provide your bid amount for a specific opportunity.
You will not receive messages unless you are an active subscriber to a CBP service plan. SMS notifications are a core feature of your subscription, not a separate marketing opt-in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the volume of bid opportunities identified for your trade and service area in a given week. Most subscribers can expect between 1 and 10 messages per week.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS may limit certain features of your service plan (such as two-way bid response). For questions, contact hello@contractorbidprep.com.
Terms of Service
Our Service
Contractor Bid Prep monitors public government procurement portals across Florida and Alabama for bid opportunities relevant to your trade and service area. Depending on your plan, CBP may notify you of relevant opportunities, prepare bid documentation, and route documents for your signature.
No Guarantee of Award
CBP provides monitoring, notification, and administrative preparation services. We do not guarantee that any bid opportunity will result in a contract award. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of any bid amount or document you submit.
Subscription & Billing
- CBP plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Setup fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to enrollment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information, including a valid mobile number for SMS notifications.
- Review all bid documents prepared on your behalf before signing.
- Maintain any licenses, bonding, or insurance required to bid on a given opportunity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Bid Prep and Independent Supply Chain Services LLC are not liable for missed opportunities, bid errors, or lost contracts arising from delays, technical issues, or third-party platform changes outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy
Contractor Bid Prep collects the contact and business information necessary to operate your subscription, including your name, business name, phone number, email address, and trade/license information.
How We Use Your Information
- To send bid opportunity alerts and process your bid responses.
- To prepare and route bid documents for signature.
- To provide customer support and service updates.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your phone number or personal information to third parties. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
CBP uses trusted third-party platforms (such as Twilio for SMS, Docupilot for document generation, and PandaDoc for e-signature) to deliver the service. These providers process data solely to support CBP's service delivery.

By checking the SMS consent box on the Contractor Bid Prep enrollment form, you agree to receive automated SMS bid opportunity alerts from Contractor Bid Prep (ISCS LLC) at the mobile number you provided.
- Message frequency: Varies based on available bid opportunities in your trade and service area. Typically 1\u20135 messages per week.
- Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent.
